 Onam Celeberation          Today was the day our college celeberated Onam with pomp and festivites. It was a great day since there was a mega Thiruvathira which I took part in. Each and every student were assigned to take part in events. Even the onam sadya was appetizing. There were other stage programs which was a delight and games for our teachers. The program lasted for the whole day with the seniors and juniors of BEd, MEd and research scholars as well as teachers coming together to make it a success.

                  SOME DISASTERS OF ONLINE MEETS How many days does it get you to recover from an embarrassing situation ?  It might take just minutes or for some people days. Others might sleep it off  and forget about the whole matter. Since I got a first hand experience today, I don't know how much time it will take for me to recover. What happened? Nothing just yelled over the top of my voice at my brother in need of assistance because my ppt failed to appear on my screen, completely forgetting that my microphone was on and that 80 other people was there listening to my yelling loud and clear.  TWO DAY ANNUAL SPORTS MEET @ MTTC The College conducted our Annual sports meet on September 13 and 14.  Its objective was to develop in the students a sporting spirit, a venue to display their physical prowess and gain hands on experience of organizing a sports day at a school in future .  There were many sports events and I signed up for Javelin throw and Short put. I got second for Javelin throw and on the final day I took part in a relay and came second. My team name was Sapphire and for the relay there were only two teams since attendance from the senior batch was very low. Juniors also participated and showcased their talents. George sir gave us instructions during each event. There were also provisions for first aid and water. Students also got refreshments. Teachers also joined during the prize-giving ceremony.
