Designating Media Free Time for the Family

Today in a online talk given by psychologist Vani Devi, on how to cope with stress during covid times, several measures were discussed. Most of them were already known to people but this struck me as a must measure for a healthy mind and body, which not only  avoids the stress caused by digital influence, but also ensures a good social life.

what can we do:

    - do yoga, exercises together, indulge in indoor games, to name a few.

  

   

For today's online session we took notes on Aristotle and then listened to Priyanka's reading and reflection on the book 'My Story' by Kamala Das- one of the most inspiring autobiographies by Indian women.
