Today's morning assembly was held by English Department. During the event our Principal inaugurated our  new logo and name NIYUKTA. To add colour to the programme we all wore Kerala style white set sarees.

               


 After a short break we had our general classes today. Ancy miss finally took up the challenge to remember everyone's names. It became more enjoyable when the boys were called out front to name students from departments other than their own class and guess who topped it with his sheer confidence- Nikhil (Rep of Physical Science). 

In our philosophy class today Maya ma'am asked us a question with relation to the different schools of philosophy- To which school do you find yourself adhering to? All of us opted for one among the schools of philosophy such as some for Idealism, another for Naturalism, yet another for Realism and Pragmatism. Our teacher was quick to correct us by saying that one needs to absorb all of the schools as each have importance of its own. Instances may arise when pragmatism fails and idealism wins so based on the environment an individual have to practice and apply the different schools of philosophy.

The last hour was Physical Education. We calculated our BMI and no surprise we got what we expected😆 . 

We are waiting for our seniors to come and take demo classes for us. Hope everyone have a good time.

 COGNITIVE MAP  The term “cognitive map” has been used to describe several forms of a diagrammatic representation of an individual’s cognitions. A   concept map  is really nothing more than a diagram or a visual representation of the individual and shared relationships between core concepts and ideas.  concept mapping can be used to help students that are exhibiting real creativity and higher cognitive levels in particular.                This assignment contains a concept map for Plus One and Plus Two students, based on the units , Harmony of Life and Heights of Harmony respectively .
