March 22- World Water Day When we were learning about cultural diffusion in our philosophy class today, when our teacher gave us a simple thought to ponder on. It was to consider oneself as living some centuries back and think if their names would be the same as the present times. That was a brilliant example to show how we have had incorporated overtime cultures from all over India, diffused and evolved, to name children in the present times. We don't posses names that were prevalent centuries back. This is how cultural diffusion works. It is a means of accepting ideas, customs and beliefs and accepting it as our own.
