REPUBLIC DAY CELEBERATION🎆(Week 5@ GHSS Kanyakulangara)👍

While teaching your subject you will also have to expect anything and be prepared to take any class. For me, I had to take another teacher trainees class occasionally and for that,PPT I had to make PPt's ready beforehand. It was a good method to teach students with PPT's so I had to carry my laptop everywhere I went because the school still had no proper functioning of its ICT's. This is yet another part of developing flexibilty and adapting to change. Also by this time I had introduced myself to all other teachers and staff of the school as well as other college teacher trainees. 

    Our principal came for observation this week. It was unexpected and most of us had already finished teaching for the day. Everyone was on their toes while he made his rounds. Sir made some quick remarks on our records and gave us  some suggestions to improvise our teaching aids.  He also remarked that we showed a good attitutde towards our students and he was very happy to see that we were making excellent progress.




We are also simultaneously getting our record checked from Meekha ma'am. She also pointed out the need for giving more activities for students. 

    This week we had our republic day celebration at our school. I was tasked with editing the videos of children who gave short speeches on the relevance of republic day. Rukmini ma'am was very happy to see the video and encouraged me to do more.

 26-08-2022 Last Day of Teacher Training Internship @     ST Goretti's HSS, Nalanchira The day finally came and I was feeling sad that we had to leave during the exam seasons as it prevented us from saying a proper goodbye to our students and our dear teachers.  Even during these days, students came to us to clear their doubts. Although it was our last day we still attended to our school duties and assisted teachers in their invigilation duties. At 11:15 we assembled at the Hm's office for a short vote of thanks session. I was in charge of the speech and thanked all the staff and students for their love and support. We also presented a thank you gift to the HM and also distributed some sweets. Then we had a photography session with the teachers. I can never forget the experience that I got from St Goretti school.
